By accessing, registering with, or using the 97prk Platform in any way — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 97prk Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

To register and maintain a 97prk Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
97prk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for the refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 97prk Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
97prk strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication. 97prk will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 97prk requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the 97prk support team immediately.
You must notify 97prk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 97prk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, except where such loss results directly from 97prk's own negligence.
97prk reserves the right to temporarily lock any Account where suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or potential security breaches are detected, pending investigation. Players will be notified where possible, but immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the Account or the Platform.
All deposits to a 97prk Account must be made using payment methods accepted by 97prk at the time of deposit. Currently accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
All transactions on the 97prk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the 97prk wallet section of your Account dashboard.
97prk does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges. 97prk is not responsible for any fees, delays, or failures imposed by third-party payment processors. Deposits that are declined, reversed, or charged back by your payment provider will result in your Account being flagged for review and any associated winnings being withheld pending resolution.
97prk employs anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. 97prk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to delay, withhold, or return deposits where AML checks cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the 97prk wallet section, subject to the following conditions being met:
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 97prk aims to process approved withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
97prk does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, fees charged by your payment provider for receiving funds are outside 97prk's control and are your responsibility.
97prk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 97prk bonuses:

For casino games, 97prk uses game software provided by certified third-party game suppliers. All RNG-based games are independently certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. 97prk does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so once a game round has commenced.
For sports betting, the settlement of all bets is determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, or the ICC for international cricket fixtures). 97prk reserves the right to:

Any unauthorised use of 97prk intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws, and 97prk reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies in such circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97prk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 97prk Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss.
97prk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 97prk Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
97prk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 97prk shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events beyond 97prk's reasonable control.
You may close your 97prk Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable pending bonus requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
97prk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by 97prk due to a breach of these Terms, 97prk reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Any final determination of balance entitlement will be communicated in writing to the email address registered to the Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at https://97prk.com/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 97prk Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of any dispute between you and 97prk, you should first contact the 97prk customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 97prk aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable in your jurisdiction. 97prk will cooperate fully with any such escalated review.

97prk will respond to all formal written communications within 48 hours during normal operating conditions. Response times may be extended during peak periods such as PSL season, major ICC events, or Pakistan public holidays, but 97prk will always acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours of its receipt.
